Some years ago I was a member of CHAG and a volunteer at the hospital op shop. Retired due to physical disabilities - no complaints -  enjoyed it. 

About 1 yr ago a friend 'kidnapped' me and took me to a luncheon at the Senior (ALG) they had someone from LEEL with gadgets and aids for the elderly etc. I was invited to attend each week for lunch, I accepted and very glad I did. The girls are so kind and helpful- they make you feel you matter- not just a number. they work so hard and are always bright and cheerful. My only complaint? Is that a bus with a lift is needed. Two of us can't manage the bus so we are picked up by a car- I feel this is extra work and time consuming. Otherwise I have no complaints. They do a marvellous job!

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your feedback.

We are also glad you accepted, and now attend our lunch group. Thank you for your kind words towards the staff members. We certainly are very lucky to have marvelous staff, supporting our communities across our Alpine Leisure Groups.

We have been looking into our options to support a lift in our bus. In the intrim, we have allocated a fleet car for the group to use to allow transport of community members unable to access the bus.
