(as the patient),

After filling in the pats forms from recent visits to Perth for a medical issue. We took them in to Pats where I meet a charming staff member at the Geraldton Regional Hospital in the PATS department, nothing was too much trouble for Orla it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her. 10/10 for you Orla keep up good work.
