About: Bunbury Hospital / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

I would just like to say how grateful I was with the care and professionalism of all the day care team, from front desk admission, to being prepared for the procedure, the team who carried out the procedure, and finally the team taking care of me in recovery and then discharging.

Just made you feel at ease which I know for some can be a very nervous experience.

Thank you for the care you give..  (I feel the gowns are still a wardrobe malfunction nightmare :)

Thank you very much for this wonderful feedback that you have taken the time to write.

I hope that you are recovering well from your recent procedure.

In our DPU23 unit we strive for the excellent delivery of clinical care in a kind and caring environment.

To read your feedback I am extremely proud of our entire team that we have been able to do that.

I will share your feedback with the team which I know will be greatly appreciated.

I agree, the gowns are not very user-friendly:)
