"Triple heart by-pass surgery at Prince of Wales"

I was called by the P of W hospital and asked to come straight to the hospital after an investigation at Coffs Harbour as I was considered urgent. When I arrived, I was personally escorted to lots of different departments in the hospital for the investigations needed pre-op. Without this personal escort I would never have managed it as there was so much to have done so I was extremely grateful for having this help to navigate it all. 

All the time I was there I felt super supported and taken care of by all the staff. Everyone I saw there - the surgical team, the nurses, the physiotherapists and the staff delivering food and keeping everywhere so very clean, could not have been more caring, helpful and professional.
