About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter had an episode of croup and was very unwell. After speaking with nurse on call we were advised to go to the emergency department. 

We arrived to Wonthaggi ED and were promptly triaged by lovely ward clerk and seen very efficiently by a nurse Amy who was so beautiful & calm with our daughter. The consultant who saw us was also was lovely with her. 

Overall a terrific experience. Especially over the Christmas period!

Dear pilingsqt55,

Thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback. This will be much appreciated by the staff. It's been pretty hectic and there have been some very busy shifts with some delays, but we are staffed up to do the best we can do. I'm pleased you had a good experience and I hope your daughter is doing ok.
