About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

Attended the hospital ED recently and was genuinely concerned sitting in the waiting room, the chairs, walls, floors, windows are all absolutely filthy and in desperate need of a good scrub in my opinion.

Thank you for sharing your recent experience as visitor to Kalgoorlie Health Campus.

Kalgoorlie Health Campus aims to deliver high quality services, and I am very sorry that the environment of our Emergency Department (ED) did not meet these expectations.

I have reviewed the current cleaning scheduled and requested a deep clean of our Emergency Department. As our ED is a high traffic area, I will continue to work with our cleaners to ensure we maintain a safe and clean environment for our staff, visitors, and patients.

We constantly strive to innovate and improve our service, and your feedback has given us an opportunity to do so.
