(as the patient),

My GP sent me to the Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital.  It was very busy and I waited for four hours to see a doctor. It was worth the wait! Dr Stanly was so attentive and kind! He even offered me his arm when I was walking because I am a bit unsteady on my feet. I wish him all the very best with his endeavours!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm sorry that you needed to attend an emergency department and that your wait was as long as it was.

Having said that, your comments show the Eastern Health values in action of Respect for all, Safe Always, Partnering in Care and Learning and improving everyday have clearly been demonstrated by Dr Stanly. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with their Director.
