"Food at the hospital"

I recently had surgery at Hollywood Private Hospital and I have nothing but praise for all of the nursing staff  and surgeons. That part of the hospital was great but I was so disappointed with the food side of the hospital. I have been in the hospital 2 times before and always raved about the food, service and standards but I don’t know what has happened since then but whatever has happened needs to change.

I don’t mind waiting 1 and half to 2 hours for my meal but in my experience, when it arrives and it is cold, not even warm and to get a luke warm cup of coffee every time, it was disgusting. I don’t know why people would pay for private health at huge costs to have meals that in my opinion are not acceptable at a hospital that I believe should be priding itself on all areas of the hospital.

My times in public hospital have had food far better than what Hollywood served. If I have to go to hospital again  I would  be looking at an alternative private hospital. Extremely disappointed with your catering. ☹️☹️☹️
