"Seemingly incompetent"

I recall I was given too much IV fluid 6lt which meant my lungs filled with fluid.  When sent to Xray of lungs in hospital gown and no oxygen was left there for over 1hr until l went to find someone as l was freezing. Cannula was not secured and disconnected which luckily l noticed when bed getting wet with blood. 

Discharge script incorrect. 

In my opinion, disgusting response or lack of from hospital.
