I recently visited the hospital since moving to Heathcote from Melbourne. The hospital is very steam lined. The long quiet corridors and sparkling clean white walls all make this place one of the nicest smaller hospitals I have seen and I have seen a few.
I went to see this clinic because I hadn't been able to breathe properly for around 3 days, after explaining I had chronic asthma and spent the past 4 days with dehydration, chest and lung pains and thought I was going to take my last breath as I couldn't get off my couch. This was their reception, the staff were really friendly and administered to me immediately. I was given an oxygen mask and an injection but they weren't able to solve my breathing problem. But the doctor was still patient and gave me another round of oxygen and injection. After about two hours I was able to breathe normally. The staff here are very friendly and patients are seen quickly, no extra long waiting period.
Long and short I was very happy with the services and care provided to me. It was of high quality and I wasn't made to wait for long. They were able to admit me immediately and even helped me fill out my insurance form.
