(as a relative),

My granddaughter fell off the Ute (not moving) and broke her humorous. We received excellent, timely and compassionate care at Margaret River from the "Triple J" team Jessie (triage), Jay (NP) and James (Dr) along with Brendan in X-Ray.

Once again, sincerest thanks to you all for not only being there but, in my opinion, doing it so well.

I am so grateful that you have shared your story with us, because when we read your words, it reminds us of the important things when caring for others and that is, treating people with respect, care and consideration. I was so pleased to see that your grandchild was cared for so well and our staff got their priorities just right for you - that's fantastic to see!

Our staff are dedicated professionals who work really hard and knowing that your family has experienced care and treatment in such a positive way is a real tribute to them.

I will definitely pass on your thanks to Team "Triple J" and Brendan and hope that your grandchild is on the road to recovery.
