"Didn't get pats"

About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Midwest

(as a parent/guardian),

I live in Geraldton and my child flew down recently. Pats in Geraldton did not let me have fuel money to go down to be with my child, they are my carer and i needed to be down with them but Pats said no, I believe because of my child's age but my child has a lot going on in their life. I had enough to get down no money to get home. Spoke to social worker here at a Perth hospital they are not happy about what happened and sent pats Geraldton an email to see what they can do to help me get home.
