"Home care cleaning and monthly community lunch"

(as a service user),

a/ Home care cleaning. Individual cleaners all good - personable, proficient, timely. Availability somewhat haphazard- sometimes cleaners not available, days and times change frequently. 

b/ Monthly community lunch. Meals are usually ok. Group of participants started small - low energy. Growing now to be interesting and engaging and sustainably energetic.

Glad to hear that our staff are delivering a proficient and timely service. In regards to availability we endeavour to ensure people get services as regularly as possible.

Our Social Support Coordinator has been working hard to increase engagement in our community meals so it nice to receive that feedback.
