"My surgery and treatment"

I had my surgery late in the afternoon.

Returned to my room where it seemed the nurses forgot to remove my fasting notice on the outside of my room .

Went without food and fluids for 24 hrs 

Given medication that I specifically stated I had issues with 

Had not passed urine and nurse seemingly forgot to a bladder scan

Did not move my bowels and was not asked if I had.

Moved to private room then excessively charged for the move because I believe they wished to clear a ward before Xmas

Provide incorrect medications to go home with 

Discharged without discharge information.
