"Mental health and record keeping"

I feel this hospital make false records and then when my child went for mental health assistance, they declined and sent a doctor with seemingly no experience in mental health who then tells the child that their thoughts are irrational and proceeds to tell the parent to just give them what they want at home as it's apparently the parent's fault they have intrusive thoughts. In my opinion, they dismissed current diagnosis with, as I understand it, old outdated false reports just to create what I believe to be another false report that says the parents are the cause of the issues.
