(as a service user),

I have been through a recent traumatic event that has PTSD connected to it. I have had to have open wound management daily for a recent minor procedure.

3 nurses in particular have treated me with respect, dignity and have had the most amazing bed side manner I've ever experienced.  Thank you Beth for Monday nights no fuss and quick and painless experience. 

Biggest thank you to Hanna and Jaquie on the Wednesday for your diligence and step by step explainitory experience on an extremely painful site. You make a great team, I feel we are lucky to have these understanding nurses in our community. A million thank-yous!
