My husband was admitted to 3 north
A nurse Navin was supportive and informative to my husband as well as myself
His first night he had clinical review then a rapid response
He was stable and I felt confident he was ok and cared for
I left and went home and then received a call from Navin to inform me he was settled and comfortable, he recognised I was stressed and wanted to reassure me that my husband was fine
I was so grateful for the call
I feel Navin has encapsulated the essence of being a nurse
"Caring nurse"
