ER nurse Sione, I am greatful for your patient centred care. I feel people should never judge a book by its cover, I believe your human interaction and work ethic shines through.
It was also a privilege to have my return appointment taken by Sandra at reception today, lovely lady and polite, a pillar to her peers I'm sure.
