I had seen urologist at bass coast hospital, who informed me that a catheter would have to be the option for me.

I was so uncomfortable and having complete anxiety attacks over the prospect of having to self administer a catheter. I haven't been able to sleep or anything.

Today, I meet your wonderful continence nurse Dianne. She made me feel so well looked after, comfortable. And put all my worries at ease as soon as I got there. She was honestly amazing, I believe she is an asset to your hospital. Based on my experience, I would truly recommend anyone to go to her. She explained everything in detail and was so nurturing and kind, that haven't experience in that way before. I left feeling so happy and relaxed and not stress at all about the circumstances I have to face.
