(as the patient),

I came to the seniors community health & community rehabilitation on a referral from my G.P. with a short stabbing pain in my lower back. As result of the program this has improved dramatically. I do have other back problems which, I believe will change as a result of changing sleeping habits. i.e. a new mattress.
