General Care. Kept in flow of treatment decision making

Nurses make me feel at ease. Nurses prompt to bell ringing + follow through with care. meals good variety food temperature. Prepare meals well + take plastic off.

Cleanliness very through, staff remember light switches etc to floor, ceiling

Friendly staff, compassion showed at all times by all I saw.
