A friend attended Carnarvon Campus, noticed "black residue" hanging off the exit feed of A/C in the ED Admission area, again.

This has been verified by their attending friend. I've seen the image & an image 6/7 old that is similar.

This issue was raised with attending ED Staff, as I believe Allergy histories & 2ndary Medical prognosis of attending clients are @ risk.

Please address the apparent poor maintenance process.

Thank you for raising this issue with us via Care Opinion.

I appreciate you alerting us to the cleanliness of the air conditioners. We had also identified they required additional cleaning and staff have completed this. We have also commenced the process of having all the air conditioners on the health campus serviced. We are awaiting final confirmation of dates for this but anticipate this should be completed in the near future.
