"Prompt Removal of an eye contact lens"

(as the patient),

I arrived at Sydney eye hospital in the evening with an eye contact lens stuck in my eye. The nurse Georgia flipped my lid and removed it quickly. Then Dr Tim, her colleague, had a look to ensure there were no scratches etc. within 30 mins I was out of there. I felt there efficiency and level of care and team work was very impressive. I particularly liked the way nurse Georgia was proactive, saw the lens and immediately and removed it swiftly saving everyone a lot of time.
