Lisa and Leanne have made such a difference in my Mum having the support that she needs in making the transition to a life with home support. Losing independence has not only been a physical journey but an intensely emotional one too. I believe without this service it is likely that Mum would have continued suffering in silence and continued to resist engaging with My Aged Care. The responsibility and stress would have continued weighing heavily on me and my siblings as we felt paralysed in knowing how to best move forward. This service has been invaluable for us and we are so grateful for their support.

Dear Appreciative Daughters,

Many thanks for this wonderful feedback. The ED Links team are always happy to support clients who present to the Emergency Department at Bunbury Health Campus, and their continued follow-up and integration back into the community. I am so glad your mum now has access to the community supports she requires to remain independent in her home and that this has provided you and your siblings some comfort. I will ensure this positive feedback is passed on to Lisa and Leanne. They really appreciate consumer feedback and will be thrilled with this outcome. Just for noting, last week was the ED Links two-year anniversary which is exciting- a much valued team and service!
