Thank you so much for taking the time, especially after your recent procedure to post your kind feedback regarding your positive experience with the Royal Hospital for Women.

It's very good to hear that you had such excellent treatment and care.

The staff at the Fertility and Research Centre are highly specialised and committed to providing world class fertility care and IVF services and we think they are incredible too.

It looks like you also came through our Day Surgery Unit and met with some of our highly experienced nursing and medical staff.

The teams in both area's work really hard to provide the best care possible and to create the best environment, which is warm and friendly and person-centered. It's often the seemingly smallest things that can make a positive difference to a patient's overall experience and comfort like that toastie and cuppa that you mentioned.
