(as a parent/guardian),

I arrived at the Wonthaggi E.D in a very anxious/panicked state as my son was recently recovering from surgery. We had complications at home and went straight to the E.D where nurse Von triaged us straight away. Upon making sure my son was okay and stable she helped to calm me and assured me that everything was going to be okay. Her quick response, caring nature and cool under pressure response quickly changed the mood of the situation and atmosphere in the room and made what was a very scary situation calm. Nothing was too much trouble for Von when listening and taking my concerns into consideration. Thank you Von!

Of course you would be really worried, and so it is fabulous that Von was able to reassure you. She is one of the best!!
