I found the Calm Birth / Positive birth classes were so useful and helped me give birth without any analgesia or intervention, all injury-free. It was delivered online which I feel suited me due to childcare constraints. I found Kasey was a very good teacher. Approachable and kind. No question felt like a dumb question. I felt the resources (reading materials, MP3 tracks and a comb) were very helpful. I found these classes gave me the tools and confidence to give me the birth experience I hoped for. Thank you.
