"My day"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

I got to the eye hospital and checked in only to be told that I was in the wrong building, but my referral said that I was in the right building. The lady behind the counter showed us where to go. We found the right place and went to reception and told them what had happened. They checked me in and I was called 10 minutes later I was seen by the nurse and 15 mins after that I saw the doctor. I found they were all excellent and made me feel comfortable and happy.
