Last month I gave birth to our beautiful baby at Busselton Health Campus. I felt the facilities at Busselton are absolutely amazing, we felt we could have been in a private hospital. I found the midwives were absolutely incredible and I would in particular like to thank Tamara for her support in delivering our baby. I had a long labour with an extended pushing period, Tamara closely monitored our baby and myself and used her expertise to advocate for me to have a successful vaginal birth with no intervention.
Under Tamara’s care, I felt safe and empowered and was able to stick to my birth plan. We met Tamara at the Busselton Antenatal classes where I felt she was extremely kind, informed and motivated. It was incredible to be able to meet her again in the birth suite and to have the continuity of care. If it wasn’t for Tamara I think we would have had a very different experience and I’m so incredibly grateful to her.
