About: Lives Lived Well – Watershed Residential Service (Wollongong)

(as a service user),

I have attended watershed day program twice through my recovery in giving cannabis up I have learnt how to control my emotion and I have learnt to speak to people when I feel like relapsing. Watershed has helped me in many different ways through my recovery. I feel there need to be a bigger space and better aircon throughout the office and more space so the room doesn’t feel crowded at time, but other then that I feel the staff are very welcoming and they really do focus on your recovery witch why I have been support to go on my recovery journey. Thank you to watershed day program for supporting me

It's great to read that you have attended the day program twice! Get all the help you need as you navigate your future and learn what you can do to understand how to help yourself. It's great to hear that you felt supported and welcome.

Thank you for commenting on the space where the day program is run. I have spoken to the Program Coordinator and have been advised that the air-con is scheduled to be fixed at the end of the month (March 2024) and that Lives Lived Well are currently trying to secure a new premises for relocation later this year. Hopefully, both your comments re space and air-con will then be fixed.
