"Caring for my mum"

About: Bunbury Hospital / Allied Health

(as a relative),

Bunbury Hospital Physiotherapy have assigned my elderly mum hydrotherapy for her painful back. They have had her back for two 8 week sessions. I felt it's just what she needed to feel alive and full of health again. It's all thanks to the therapist and Jayne who looks after all who need scheduling and personal encouragement. I believe the whole team is invaluable to restoring the spirit of life that resides in us all. It's with full appreciation and gratitude for all their efforts in care for, in my experience, their customers mind and body.

Dear raindc84

I am so glad to hear that your mum feels ‘alive and full of health again’. It looks like the physiotherapy team and Jayne (Allied Health Assistant) at Bunbury Hospital have been able to tailor a hydrotherapy program to help your mum manage her back pain.

Yes, you are correct, their friendly, accommodating nature and personal touch make all the difference. I am thankful they were able to offer your mum the person-centred care she required. I hope your mum continues to do well, keeps up all her exercises and will be sure to pass this wonderful feedback on to the team.

Kind regards,

Joanne Clark
