"Care for my Sister in Law"

About: Busselton Health Campus / General Ward

(as a relative),

I would like to pass on my thanks to Sara, surname unknown, for her care and thoughtfulness in trying to arrange day release for my Sister in Law to deal with the euthanasia of one of her dogs instead of having to ask my wife to deal with it for her. After explaining this situation to Sara, the heartbreak of not being able to say goodbye to her dog of over 15years, I felt Sara went out of her way to get clearance from her doctors and physiotherapists and returned my phone call telling me that she could have her day release.

I feel this is care and compassion of the high order and over and above what most people would expect of our nurses.

Thank you Sara

Regards

A Relative

Dear A Relative,

I'm so glad your sister-in-law was able to get some to spend even a little time with her loved pet. I know how hard that time can be and how important that goodbye can be. I will be very happy to pass on your feedback to Sara and the team.

If you have any other feedback or queries please reach out and let me know,

Yours sincerely, Dan
