(as a relative),

Cannot believe that a hospital that is seemingly not that old has issues with no television services, my spouse has been a patient now for a few weeks with no service. We live in another area so family can’t visit them every day, so went to the expense of purchasing a portable dvd player. There’s also no phone in the rooms that work either. I feel the staff are wonderful, they do try.

Thank you for providing feedback in regard to your spouse's stay at Busselton Health Campus. I sincerely apologise that our Patient Entertainment System is not working and appreciate the impact this has had on our patients. Unfortunately, it hasn't been a straightforward process to repair but we now have a solution and the system will be repaired in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we do have TV available in the lounge areas and have arranged additional newspapers, books and puzzles to be accessible to patients.

Thank you for your comments in regard to our staff. I agree that they are all wonderful and always strive to provide a high standard of care for all of our patients.
