About: Kerang Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as a parent/guardian),

Our young baby daughter was recently seen via urgent care at the Kerang Hospital. The care, kindness, diligence and follow up received by nurse Karma was just outstanding - such a refreshing change when it seems concerns often get dismissed as first time mum worries.

The doctor we saw, Dr Erin, was equally lovely with a fantastic bedside manner towards our little girl.

We left feeling grateful that our concerns were taken seriously and that we were fully informed, with a clear plan in place.

I hope your daughter's health has improved, it sounds like she has just the right mum looking out for her needs.

It lovely to hear our staff are continuing to uphold our organisational values (Caring, Accountability, Respect and Excellence) with pride. We understand the struggles parents of young children may have, and the lingering sense that your concerns are not being heard, and we take extra care to educate and mentor our nursing staff to ensure we are delivering excellent care every time, while working collaboratively with patients and families.

I will be sure to pass on your positive feedback to the team in Urgent Care.
