Recently my partner hit their thumb with the axe and cut it really bad. We went to the Manjimup hospital and they examined it and told us there was no doctor on tonight so they rung the Bridgetown hospital to see if there was a doctor there and there was. So I drove my partner there and we were greeted by these two amazing nurses Michelle and I didn’t catch the other ladies name.
We then seen the Doctor and our experience with them was horrible. They did the worst stitching job I have ever seen and they were the roughest and rudest doctor I’ve ever met. They completely botched my partners thumb.
The Doctor told us to wait 20 minutes to make sure the bleeding didn’t come through the bandage which it did so I asked Michelle what we should do and she came out and had to completely re dress the whole wound. It honestly made us feel so uncomfortable and worried that the job wasn’t done properly, the Doctor hardly even seemed to wash the wound out and I believe they were in just such a rush and did a shocking job. We can not express how disappointed we are with the lack of care that came from this Doctor.
We would love to honestly thank Michelle with our whole hearts on how caring and comforting she was towards us, I believe it’s people like her that go so far in life.
