I'm a support worker who comes in regularly with my client for appointments. Whenever Niua is on the front desk she greets us with such warmth and a lovely smile. She remembers us when we come (which is rare for such a large hospital) she makes us feel welcome and is always very helpful and approachable. We believe she's the perfect front face for the hospital.
