"Bad TV reception"

About: Bunbury Hospital

(as the patient),

I have been in hospital for a while and although it seems like a minor issue, when you are unwell and in hospital especially for so long missing home and family it is extremely frustrating how often the tv reception drops in and out. It is impossible to watch a complete show or even a news story. When it is windy the problem gets worse. This small issue to some is just an added frustration to patients who are already doing it hard and have not many other options to pass time by. This issue is a comment I have heard from many other patients.

Dear doradohq36

Thankyou for your feedback regarding the TV reception to the patient's televisions. I appreciate that this can be very frustrating when laying in bed for long periods and having little else to occupy your time.

Can I ask that you give me a call on 9722 1422 so that I can better understand the problem and request a technician to visit the site to fix this issue.

Once again my apologies for this problem I trust that you are on the mend.

Kind regards

Ceri Elliott
