"My mother had 2 cancers cut off her face in Ballarat"

About: Grampians Health Stawell Hospital / Urgent Care

(as a relative),

My mother had her procedure at a surgical clinic in Ballarat with a doctor. As she bled the same day and is on blood thinners I was very concerned about the amount of bleeding that was happening, so took her to our local hospital in Stawell. That was where we were informed the wound should have had another stitch in it. We weren't given any bandages or anything to go home with. I cannot speak highly enough about our local hospital here in Stawell the treatment we got was excellent.

Thankyou
