About: Fiona Stanley Hospital

(as a relative),

I want to acknowledge the staff at Fiona Stanley ICU, especially POD4, for their dedication, commitment and care. My aunt was admitted recently and she received absolutely everything needed to try and resolve her health issue. Unfortunately she passed away but her dignity was a high priority at all times for each and every staff member that were involved in her care. Thankyou

Dear wezenwh83,

Please let me begin by expressing my sincere condolences on the recent loss of your family member.

I would like to thank you for taking the time, particularly during what I can imagine would be a difficult time for you all, to express your very kind words of recognition to all the staff in our ICU who treated your aunt.

It was truly such a pleasure to read of the high standard of care, which was provided, and that her dignity was a priority to those caring for her at all times.

Once again thank you for sharing your experience with us and I will ensure that your kind words of gratitude and appreciation are shared with the whole team in ICU.
