I had an elective caesarean at Bunbury Regional at the end of March 2024.
I had a breech baby and the ECV unfortunately was unsuccessful.
My husband and I had an incredibly positive experience at Bunbury Regional. The medical staff we saw were exceptional. The Obstetricians, Paediatric teams and the Anaesthetic doctors were all amazing. The midwives at our birth and on the ward were very supportive, knowledgeable and attentive. The theatre nurses were calm, friendly and helpful. We were constantly checked on and asked for consent. Our concerns and preferences were made a priority. The postnatal care we received was also of the same level.
We were so grateful for the gold standard care we received. I could not commend the staff enough. Our daughter’s birth was the best day of our lives and we truly believe we couldn’t have received better care.
Thank you for looking after us so well. Bunbury Regional should be incredibly proud of the staff they have.
