"Professional care of medical staff"

I was admitted to POWH recently, the care I received from the paramedics, Alex, Oregon and Yvonne was superb, my comfort was their prime concern.

They handed me over to ED , into the capable hands of Katee. Eventually I was up in Orthopaedics, where the most amazing nurse is located, Victoria.

The following morning I was prepped for a camera to be inserted right up my old fella. Charming. Dr Alistair and his assistant were superb, and the treatment I received from the anaesthetists  was exceptional as they both took the time to explain everything to me and calm me down. Even to the extent of dropping by on the following morning and advising me of a suspicious  growth they  had noticed on my head that should be checked for cancer by my GP.

My wife is a nurse, so it is no surprise to me that nurses are brilliant. My wife will help anybody she is not married to. However, the care I received from Victoria was exceptional, this is a nurse who embodies care. It also has to be noted that Mod, Fu, Deb and Oscar are magnificently  professional in their occupation. I walked into the hospital a nervous wreck, but the medical staff at POWH put me at ease.
