"Cardiac rehab"

About: Korumburra Hospital

(as the patient),

Cardiac rehab post stent insert.

A good program well organised by Karen. A number of health professionals present. Some professionals cover similar topics (not a bad thing) but could coordinate better. (eg. goal setting, relaxation) Presenters who bought patients along with their presentation generally had far greater impact. O/T person was excellent.

Some presenters have excellent skills while I felt some would benefit from presentation training as well as the coordination.

Waited months to start and travelled 45mins to attend. I feel it would have been great to have this program closer to home.

Thankyou warmyq85 for your feedback

We are pleased that you thought our program was well organised and we very much appreciate you taking the time to make suggestions for improvement. This is very helpful, and we will certainly review our program with your feedback in mind!

However, I am sorry that you not only had to wait so long to attend our program but also travel some distance. We are always keen to look at how we can make accessing our services faster but also closer to home and will look at how we can facilitate these improvements with our cardiac rehab program.

I hope you are continuing to recover well.

Regards

Lou
