"My disgusting experience visiting my relative"

My relative had just had their gall bladder removed and I went to visit them after their operation. My relative was obviously in pain after surgery because they had an organ removed and they asked for us to come help them as nobody was listening to them. The nurses we saw made us feel unwelcomed and blamed my relative's pain on anxiety and was just horrible. When the medical doctor came, I felt they were aggressive and rude. Without letting us speak, the doctor physically ushered me out of the room. I assume there was some miscommunication between the staff because as I understand it, they were not giving my relative anything more to help her pain and treating them like an unwell person.
