"The positive changes at GRH"

About: Geraldton Hospital

(as other),

I walked in to the hospital and the floor has changed for the better it is now a beautiful floating wooden flooring which is stunning. The reception area looks clean and welcoming. The art work on the wall is back and new benches and garden in the patio area looks clean, fresh and inviting. Also I feel there is a perceptible change in the staff since the acting senior staff member has commenced which seems to be improving morale and is providing a supportive and caring environment.

Dear attendantdh66

I appreciate you contacting us on Care Opinion and sharing your positive experience.

I was delighted to read that the recent changes made to the hospital have created a positive environment that is welcoming for all our community members. It is very important for our consumers to have a space that feels safe and inviting and equally important for our staff to have a warm and supportive environment in which to look after our community. I am very pleased that you have observed a positive culture among our staff members.

Thank you again for reaching out to us.

Kind regards

Beverley Hamerton
