Recently I was involved in an accident and had to be rushed to Geraldton Hospital via SJOG Ambulance.
I want to acknowledge the wonderful care given by St John Ambulance staff, Monica and Dave and also Fiona who was the phone operator and stayed on the phone until the ambos arrived. The care and reassurance still makes me teary, I am forever grateful.
The staff at Geraldton Hospital ED & HDU, Nurse Kerry and the Anaesthetist (Dan?) were supportive and very efficient. The care that they gave was incredible.
The bed transfer between Ambulance and RFDS Staff was seamless. A credit to the RFDS pilot (Nathan?) and staff as the flight was so smooth. I am in awe of everything they did.
