I have recently discovered I have a brain aneurysm and will require delicate and dangerous surgery to correct this issue. It has been an extremely stressful time for myself and my family to deal with, not knowing how to live with the possibility of a brain bleed at any time.
With my surgery date booked for 2 weeks' time I went into the PATS Office at Geraldton Regional Hospital and was greeted with a smile from 2 ladies at the counter; Amanda - the Manager; who took my details, copied my paperwork and informed me within the space of a few moments that everything would be taken care of for my trip to Perth. Emily completed the rest of the paperwork, and I was told it would be ready the next day for collection.
Both Amanda and Emily made the process stress free and were professional and such a delight to deal with- Sincere thanks to both ladies!!
