"Mackay Lives Lived Well Day Program"

I’ve been attending Lives Lived Well for the past three weeks and have now completed the Day Program. The entire structure and process of the Day Program exceeded all expectations and couldn’t be more satisfied with the way it was conducted. 

It has immensely encouraged the ability to gain strength with addiction and given the social environment that I required personally, to move forward with controlling and maintaining my relapse.

The staff members Cathy and Terri-Lea are the backbone of such a positive and supportive environment. Without their personal involvement and enthusiasm regarding such a genuine approach with creating better lives for people affected by addiction I don’t believe it would be as effective whatsoever.

I really enjoyed and immensely appreciated the experience and am grateful that there is a free service such as the LLW Day program that provides healthy food, such a supportive environment and a graduation day that involves fun activities and so forth.

This type of service is crucial within communities such as Mackay and many other places that continue to be severely impacted by the negative aspects drug and alcohol addiction.
