The staff I saw are wonderfully skilful. I have had issues with blood tests elsewhere but never at PathWest. I think staff must be very well trained.

PathWest specimen collection staff do receive a high level of training before working in one of our collection centres, so it is reassuring to hear that this has translated to high-level customer service.
