"Emergency visit to POWH"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

Mum went into Emergency for second time in fortnight after a fall. Staff we saw in ED from front desk, triage through to short stay were so professional and caring. Also conscious of the time we waited and understanding of time taken to discharge. Hats off to James RN and colleagues on duty.

Dear Caringformum,

Thank-you for taking the time to write to us about your mother's recent visit to our ED. We are pleased to hear that all clinical staff who cared for your mother were professional and caring. We will pass on your kind words of gratitude to RN James and the Emergency Team. Thank-you for sharing this positive experience with us we are very proud of our ED Team who work under incredible pressure every day to care for all our patients and acknowledge what a wonderful job they do to help our community.

We hope your mother has now recovered and is feeling better.

Best wishes.

Barbara
