"Our usually vibrant daughter"

We recently visited Myrtleford Urgent Care with our child due to a sudden illness, and I wanted to share our experience.

Our  usually vibrant eleven-year-old daughter had been battling a persistent cough and a rising fever for the past three days. Despite our best efforts with home remedies and over-the-counter medication, her condition seemed to worsen.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff. They quickly registered our information and made the initial paperwork process smooth and efficient, which is crucial when dealing with a sick child.

We were seen in a short amount of time. This reduced the stress and anxiety we felt as parents.

The medical staff, Edgar and Khenny were exceptional. Edgar who assessed our child was gentle, thorough, and engaging, making our child feel comfortable and less scared.

Overall, our experience at Myrtleford Hospital urgent care was overwhelmingly positive. The professionalism and kindness of the staff made a challenging situation much more manageable. We are grateful for the excellent care our child received and highly recommend this urgent care center to other families in need of prompt and compassionate medical attention.
